About Socrates Fotiu, MD . . . Our Dr. Fotiu has been in practice and proudly serving our community for over 40 years. Formerly Shady Grove Family Health Care, an urgent care center and walk-in clinic, the practice is now Montgomery Health Center, a primary care practice. Dr. Fotiu is speaks Greek, French, Italian and English. As he dreams of retirement, we won’t allow that to happen because his patients love him dearly!
